Do you only do wholesale orders?

We do accept wholesale orders, but that’s not all we do. If you’re an individual looking for that perfect wine-related gift and you can’t find it at one of our retailers, we’re happy to help you, too! Simply place an order here on our website. Then, put your feet up - maybe have a glass or two while you wait. We’ll take care of everything else and ship your products directly to your door. What could be simpler than that?

I run a gift shop. Is there a separate site for orders?

At Chris’s Stuff, our online store is designed for wholesale partners and individual shoppers alike. As you go through our products, you’ll find that any product is available for wholesale orders with no minimum quantities required. If you’re new to the site, just give us a call at 800-218-7085 to set up your wholesale account, and you’ll be ready to place an order at any time. We’ll ship your products to you promptly so you can stock your shelves with the witty wine merchandise your customers want.

Are there any minimum quantities for wholesale orders?

At Chris’s Stuff, we offer wholesale merchandise to businesses of all size. As such, there are no minimum quantity requirements to place an order with us. However, we do require that all wholesale orders total at least $100. You’ll even get free shipping if your order is $750 or more (in-stock items only, does not apply to back ordered items). Do you have any branded displays for stores?

As a matter of fact, we do! Visit our display page for branded displays specifically designed for our wholesale customers. You’ll find display stands for items like coasters, bottle pourers, napkins, and more. You’ll even find a bust or two for any wine apparel you want to show off in your store! Our displays will make it easier than ever to showcase your merchandise.

What is your Return and/or Exchange policy?

We understand things happen and are more than happy to work with you should you have ordered the wrong size or item. We do, however, carry the standard policy of 30 days and ask that you reach out to us so that we may best assist you with your exchange or return. This also applies to any shortages, defective or damaged items received in your shipment. We understand that not always, can shipments be inspected upon arrival so please advise us of any such issues with products received within this time frame so that we may have it resolved in the best way possible for you.

How long does shipping take ?

Orders take 1 to 2 business days to process and ship and are usually delivered within 7 business days depending on the delivery service opted for at checkout.
